Job Title:  TCM Field Artillery Brigade – DIVARTY: DIVARTY Sensors ( 3 Positions)

Location:  Fort Sill, Oklahoma

Duties: Capture and document user required capabilities and capability gaps for input into CNA IAW the CNA annual cycle, ICD, CDD, CPD and/or other required  JCIDS documents as required to support future Field Artillery/Fires Sensor Systems.  Provide input for future Field Artillery/Fires Sensor Systems performance and requirements related documents. Review, analyze, and provide input as the lead integrator for developmental efforts on future Field Artillery/Fires sensor capabilities. Provide subject matter expertise to support future artillery sensors requirements for inclusion into DOTMLPF. Develop/update associated TTPs and review applicable Field Artillery/Fires manuals with the DOTD, FCOE Master Gunner Division to develop updates reflecting the addition of any new artillery sensors capabilities ensuring that information is prepared for inclusion in relevant Field Artillery manuals and doctrine. Track and recommend changes to the Army force structure, provide input into future BOIP, AAO, and FDU affecting Field Artillery/Fires Sensor Systems and units

Required:

  • US Citizen
  • SECRET clearance
  • Minimum of ten (10) years’ experience within the Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Experience must include a minimum ten (10) years’ experience in DoD Artillery Units/Organizations with a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in Field Artillery/Fires Sensors Systems
  • Minimum one (1) year experience and training in combat developments or the Acquisition process IAW DoD Directive 5000.02 that include DOTMLPF for Field Artillery/Fires Sensor Systems
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts or Science
  • Must have completed Warrant Officer Service College (WOSC) or achieved a Military Education Level (MEL) 4

Desired: Graduate of the Common Faculty Development Program – Instructor Course or Army Basic Instructor Course, and Support Cadre Training Course
