Job Title: Field Artillery Warrant Officer Basic Course ( FAWOBC)
Location: Fort Sill, Oklahoma
Duties: Provide Training in classroom, hands0n Simulation/virtual, field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment. Patriciate in developing revision of the POI’s, Lesson Plans and Training Support Packages (TSP) to remedy any deficiencies or short coming identified during the preparation for and conduct of instruction . Will analyze training materials to assure instructional techniques are effective and efficient. The contractor shall apply professional knowledge of educational psychology, learning theory, instructional design, and tests and measurements in developing and or updating compatible and educationally valid training materials.
Required:
- US Citizen
- SECRET Clearance
- Must have been a Brigade/Regimental/Division Targeting Officer/NCO. Battalion/Regimental/Division Counterfire Officer/NCO. Target Acquisitions Platoon Leader.
- Must have a Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of experience in either the Army or Marine Corps Assignments
Desired: Graduate Army Basic Instructor Course, MRT Certified
