Job Title:  TCM Fires Cell – Fire Support System Integration Support (Field Artillery)

Location:  Fort Sill, Oklahoma

Duties: Review and validate system fielding and sustainment programs and products for complete and accurate information. Verify performance capabilities of current and emerging Fire Support targeting systems (mounted /dismounted) and their associated Fire Support Tactical Data Systems. Support the verification and validation of Soldier systems and products for Logistical Demonstrations, new equipment training programs of instruction, and interoperability testing. Analyze, and evaluate systems/capabilities, regarding program compliance with current requirements; provide subject matter expertise to systems related integrated product team venues, design reviews, and test events; develop briefings, prepare fact sheets, talking papers, decision papers and information paper in support of systems/capabilities.

Required:

  • US Citizen
  • SECRET clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of eight (8)  years’ of specialized experience or / minimum of twelve (12) years of specialized current or relevant experience without a college degree
  • Specialized experience in Fire Support roles as a 13F/13A with knowledge of fire support targeting sensors (mounted and dismounted), and Fires Support Tactical Data Systems capabilities
  • Effectively communicate conceptual ideas in writing and orally articulate thoughts to support the development of future Army and Fires concepts and capabilities
  • Minimum ten (10) years’ cumulative operational experience in Field Artillery

Desired: Graduate of the Common Faculty Development Program – Instructor Course or Army Basic Instructor Course, and Support Cadre Training Course
