Job Title: TCM ADA BDE – System Analyst (Logistics and Fielding)

Location:  Fort Sill, Oklahoma

Duties: Support the Government in the review of logistics documents supporting SHORAD development and sustainment and provide input in the preparation/writing and coordination of DA Form 2028, Comment Resolution Matrix. Participate and assist the government user representative in all SHORAD related Reliability and Maintainability Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Supportability IPTs. Assist in the development of and gain approval of the Reliability and Maintainability criteria, including Failure Definition and Scoring Criteria (FDSC) for assigned SHORAD systems.  Support total package fielding by managing a coordinated schedule of work for TRADOC schools and activities in support of system development and initial fielding. Develop and coordinate SHORAD fielding plans with the materiel developer, G3/G8, TRADOC, FORSCOM, Army National Guard Bureau, and overseas Combatant Commands. Coordinate with all SHORAD basing locations, to include TRADOC schools and  test centers, to ensure a common understanding of required SHORAD system maintenance and  training facilities (i.e., simulation centers) and combined arms training and live fire range  requirements to conduct SHORAD maneuver training.

 

Required:

  • US Citizen
  • SECRET clearance
  • Must have a Bachelor’s Degree with minimum of ten (10)  years’ cumulative operational experience in ADA, operational experience is includes military, combat development, materiel development, or training development assignments
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the development, review and staffing ADA related documents and publications
  • Ability to effectively communicate ideas in writing and orally articulate thoughts to support the development of  DOTMLPF products
  • Knowledgeable of ADA doctrine, weapon systems and organizations (knowledge reflects 10 to 20 year cumulative experience) specified in each task

Desired: Graduate of the Common Faculty Development Program – Instructor Course or Army Basic Instructor Course, and Support Cadre Training Course
