POSITION:

Survival Evasion Resistance and Escape (SERE) Instructors.

Location: Fairchild Air Force Base WA (FAFB) 

Purpose
United States Air Force (USAF) Survival Evasion, Resistance, and Escape (SERE) School is to ensure each student graduates with the confidence and ability to employ the SERE tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTP’s) necessary to return with honor regardless of the circumstances of isolation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Instructors will be responsible for:

1. Executing academic lecture, laboratory instruction, and operational training

2. Evaluating students’ duty performance and certify their competence;

3. Evaluating SERE and Code of Conduct curricula, programs, and training by using evaluation methods and performing analysis of training effectiveness to ensure it is current and incorporates latest Doctrine Tactics, Techniques, Procedures (TTPs). Some travel required.

REQUIRED:
1. Secret Clearance

2. Required to pass an initial Government approved Human Factor Evaluation

3. Graduate of USAF Course S-V81-A, SERE Specialist Technical Training

or Graduate of DoD SERE Level-C course and

4.  Have a minimum of 2 years of experience instructing at a SERE Level-C course or suitable related experience
