Job Title: TCM AAMDC -Test and Evaluation Expert

Location:  Fort Sill, Oklahoma

Duties: Attend formal and informal reviews and working group meetings for each component of the system in compliance with the requirements of this contract. Support planning for test and evaluations and develop mission scenarios as required in support of developmental and operational test events. Study, analyze, and trace functional and performance requirements for test and evaluation events. Identify inconsistencies or discrepancies in the documentation; traceability, testability or measurability of system requirements; and provide applicable inputs in accordance with DA Pam 73-1 and ATEC Pam 73-1. Develop methodology analysis and planning, data elements, analytical design, and procedures for system evaluations and assessments. Analyze typical acquisition, T&E program documents in order to: participate in the identification of T&E issues; make recommendations in determining necessary improvements to documents with supporting rationale; and propose applicable changes to T&E strategy, plans and objectives. Prepare and analyze survey and/or interview questions for test events, experiments, assessments, and demonstrations.

Required:

  • US Citizen
  • SECRET clearance
  • Bachelor’s Degree and at least ten (10)  years’ cumulative operational or program experience with weapon systems testing, prefer Air Defense experience
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in the development, review and staffing ADA related documents and publications
  • Ability to effectively communicate conceptual ideas in writing and orally articulate thoughts to support the development of  Army and Fires concepts, doctrine and tactics, and TTPs

Desired: Graduate of the Common Faculty Development Program – Instructor Course or Army Basic Instructor Course, and Support Cadre Training Course
